This new project includes the renovation of an existing building consisting of the construction of new isolated freestanding rooms to serve as television studios, new microwave antennas mounted over slab on grade, and new mechanical equipment over the roof framing.  

Universal City Broadcast Center - Hollywood, CA

Seismic upgrade and renovation of two buildings with approximately 190,000 square feet and structural design of the new elevated pedestrian bridge and plaza. Design of the tenant improvements includes new data centers and new television studios.

Eikon Tenant Improvement Phases I and II - Burbank, CA

This renovation project includes typical tenant improvement items to meet the specialized needs of the client, a media company, as well as the design of several new freestanding media and dubbing studios. The new interior freestanding dubbing studios are acoustically isolated and required no connections to the main building’s structure.
