MARCELO D. CAIRO, S.E., PRESIDENT     

Mr. Cairo joined Trailer Martin at John A. Martin & Associates in 2003 as a Principal. He was the managing principal of the Santa Clarita satellite office, which at one time had a staff of 30, and where he oversaw the design and construction of numerous large-scale projects. In 2011 Mr. Martin and Mr. Cairo decided to form a new company, Inertia Engineers. Mr. Cairo has over 30 years of experience in the field of structural engineering encompassing a diverse array of project types including recreational and entertainment facilities, hospitals, educational facilities, hotels, parking structures, office buildings, warehouses, seismic upgrades, and renovations. His extensive experience ensures thoughtful application of codes and regulations for successful design and plan review, approval, and construction.
